We have been their customer for a number of years and they have always been good. Flexible scheduling and very accommodating if needed. And of course, a thorough job on my car.

We took our high mileage car in for a quote on some work. They were very honest. We wound up actually not doing the work due to the severe high miles. They were still nice enough to top it off with some oil it needed at no charge. Highly recommend!

My car had a major malfunction and needed a new engine. Total surprise to me. Len's handled it, got a used engine, checked out the rest of the car and called it good, several thousand dollars later. I chose them because they were close and i had to limp my car there as it was dying. Very happy with the work they did. Should go another 100k. Isaac is very personable and on top of what is being worked on. A great asset to this crew.

This was not the first time at Len’s and won’t be the last. They were able to point out a few deferred maintenance items that my vehicle needed and I forgot. No pushy sales, just honest recommendations .

Easy to schedule fast and friendly and a realistic price

I recently purchased a vehicle that was my highschool dream car. Low and behold, it came highly modified and underpowered. It was causing more than a little problems both financially and morally. Len's automotive was able to figure out what was going on and fix the problem at a very reasonable price. I'm so glad I took my car here and definitely will come back with any future issues!

I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment to receive an estimate for an exhaust system replacement. The service dept. was very courteous, inspected my vehicle and handed me a detailed written estimate within 30 minutes. As an added plus, they did not charge me for the inspection!

THey understood the problem gave me a quote and fulfilled the repair when others only offered a diagonostic fee with no mention of a possible cost. I am vry pleased.

I attempted a DIY header replacement and unfortunately damaged several studs, bolts, and threads. I contacted Advanced to explain the situation and take responsibility for the mistake. Isaac assured me the team could evaluate the issue. After a thorough inspection, Josh and the team were willing to take on the challenge and successfully fixed my mistake by replacing the headers. The next day, Isaac called to let me know my vehicle was ready and even helped me load my old parts back into the car. You truly don’t see this level of customer service and care these days, and I’m extremely satisfied with the overall experience. I want to give a special thank-you once again to Isaac, the customer representative, and Josh, the technician. My family and I will absolutely be coming back in the future for any difficult repairs. Highly recommended.

Price gouging, ultimately had to take vehicle to another shop to get the car issue resolved properly. Been going here for over 35 years, new owner- , over charging seems to be a huge issue with this business now. Won't be going back , way too expensive.

Excellent service and good customer service.

I have been using Len's for years now and have had several situations arise where we couldn't use Len's and every time it reminded me why Len's is the best place to take your vehicle. They worked with me when I had to make a big decision about replacing an engine in my classic car. They understood it was going to be a high cost repair for a low value vehicle, and gave me ample time to make my decision. Their prices are always competitive, even better than most, and Issac and the owner were always kind, courteous and helpful. If you're looking for the a shop that is a no worry, and no games location, Len's is the best.

pre-purchase inspection for ev got a pre-purchase inspection done on a chevy bolt. isaac pointed out some issues with the tires and also warned me that the touch screen was starting to delaminate and would become unusable within a year. said the car would be worth buying if the dealership would replace these things. dealership wouldn't budge on the screen so i walked. i never would have noticed the screen if it hadn't been pointed out so this inspection saved me a lot of heartache later. thank you!!

Great team. Great prices. Honest. They've repair on our cars as well as reviewing problems on the car.

I feel comfortable with the service provided. The cost came in $700-800 less than the dealer quoted me. One thing I feel could be improved upon is the lack of notification regarding the 3% they added to the final bill as a credit card surcharge. I don't like surprises. When I saw the total on the detailed receipt I assumed that was the total. It was only once I got home and was reviewing the paperwork again that I saw the surcharge. Tell the customer upfront about and let them decide in advance.

Len's Auto is a good shop. I have taken my vehicles here for 45 years. These surveys are very tedious, and I begrudge filling them out. Please stop the surveys! Stop them!

They didn’t inform me about the credit card charge before the repair, but they added a 3% credit card fee when I paid.

Went to Len's for first time. Needed a water pump replaced, which is not cheap and a challenging repair in a Ford Explorer. Chose Len's based on positive reviews. Everyone we worked with was patient, took the time to explain where they were at and what was being done. The fix took a few days after getting the parts - we may have been bothered by the speed had we not had such a good experience with the store itself. It was clear they were taking their time to do it correctly. We will happily use them if needed again, and will refer others.

I scheduled an oil change with Lens after receiving a coupon in the mail. I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment, and everything went smoothly. I worked in the lobby while waiting and the oil change was done within 40 minutes. The staff was helpful with my questions and also showing me services my car is needing and at what mileage, so I was aware. All in all, it was a super pleasant, quick and efficient experience. My car feels great and my favorite part - they turned the "maint" light off without me asking and replaced my service sticker! I like supporting Lens, they have been around since the 60s and aren't some big chain. I recommend! :)

Isaac was awesome to work with and accommodate my request for service. Also, after the basic services, the car felt more 'zippy' and better drive experience.

Just before 5pm on a Friday, while I was out running errands in my son’s older Toyota Yaris, I suddenly noticed a rotten egg smell. It was sulfurous—a sign I remembered could indicate a failing battery. While stuck at a red light in heavy traffic, the odor became overpowering. Moments later, the radio and dash lights flickered off, then on, and the power steering went out. I was close to Len’s but hadn’t been there in several years. Desperate for help, I called—and they agreed to stay open for me! The instant I arrived, the three mechanics popped the hood and quickly identified the problem: a dangerously swollen Sears Die Hard battery, which was leaking liquid and hissing. It was over 14 years old and no longer under warranty, so they sold me a replacement battery and installed it on the spot. What incredible luck! These fellows were sympathetic and worked past closing time. They were kind and explained everything clearly, which has always been my experience over the 15+ years that Len’s has worked on my cars. I highly recommend Len’s to anyone who needs expert service and professional treatment from an honest, owner-operated establishment. Thank you, Len’s Automotive!

Len’s found the issue and I had my car back the next day. Very friendly staff!

Now, they told me it needed a new starter; rebuilt engine, and like 4 other things. But if I needed to move the car, they could replace the starter. They did replace it, with diagnostic and starter it ran about 1100$. It did indeed die on the way home, multiple times; but kept starting when I tried again. Only 3 starts, because honestly, I wish they had just said 'dont repair it, its not worth it' Instead we got the starter changed. They did tell me it wouldn't last, and I would need a new car. So they were upfront and honest...still...just a 'dude dont pay for anything its dead' Would've saved me 1,000$

They have consistently provided excellent service and are always incredibly friendly. What I appreciate most is their understanding of my budget. They clearly explain what repairs are absolutely necessary for safety and what can wait, allowing me to prioritize and manage my expenses. Their honesty and transparency are invaluable. But what truly sets them apart happened today. I stopped by on Labor Day, just on the off-chance they might be open, and while they were closed, the manager happened to be there. He went above and beyond, allowing me to pay for and pick up my car so I wouldn't be stranded without transportation for work tomorrow. Talk about going the extra mile! This level of customer service is rare in an auto shop and deserves a shout out. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and genuinely caring auto repair professionals.
